CCSA stands for Christ College Science Association.

It is a co-curricular activity organized for students to develop their social skills, intellectual skills, moral values, personality progress and character appeal in students. The innaugration of this event took place on 30th of September2022, in Chavra hall, at 10:00 am. The purpose of this event was to bring into awareness of the arrangement of ccsa through out the year and the distribution of students into groups.

Mrs. Vandana, the teacher coordinator of CCSA, warmly welcomed the gathering of students, faculty, and dignitaries. She explained briefly the aims and objectives of the association. The inauguration was graced by the presence of the esteemed Dr. Fr. Arun Antony Chully, the principal of Christ College. In his inaugural address, he delved into the concept of mindset, distinguishing between growth mindset and fixed mindset. He emphasized the significance of nurturing a growth mindset, highlighting the importance of embracing failures as opportunities for learning and growth. A symbolic medal was presented to each of the student coordinators as a token of recognition for their dedication and commitment to CCSA. The ceremony introduced the leadership team, comprising two head coordinators and four sub coordinators, who will play crucial roles in guiding the association towards its objectives. The event also included a moment of celebration as the winner of the previous year's activities was honoured with a trophy, acknowledging their exceptional contributions. The cultural aspect of the inauguration was brilliantly showcased through a captivating dance performance by the first-year students, adding a vibrant and lively touch to the proceedings. The entire student body was captivated by the engaging and dynamic program, participating with fervour and excitement. The ceremony provided an excellent platform for students to come together, fostering a sense of unity within the science community of Christ College.
